I hired this company for the first time to pressure wash my roof after a period of research. I noticed that many other service providers are charging too much for this kind of service, so much so that I decided to keep looking out for options. I came across this company in Google and after looking at their reviews I decided to reach out. They promplty quoted my service at a very reasonable rate, more competitive than the others so I accepted, assuming that their good reviews would be a good reference. Gladly, they were. They scheduled my service and promptly showed up at the agreeded time and completed the service at my entire satisfaction. They had all the right equipment and the payment was a breeze via Zelle. I cannot recommend them enough. You should try them out. It is not recommended to wash your roof with high pressure. I am glad I found these guys and they will be my to-go option for all my cleanning needs moving forward.

On Friday I Messaged the company for an estimate. A Quote was sent right away. I called a few other companies and then decided to choose South Florida. I was put on the schedule for Monday at 10 AM. However I recieved a text with an update that they will be running late. Common courtesy is hard to find with companies, so recieving an in route update was a A+. Once they Arrived to my home I was greeted and everything explained to me. Both men were friendly, professional and organized. We were pleased with the results. Everything was perfect.

I love working with them. They're always there when they say they are going to be there and do what they say they are going to do. They recently completed a commercial job at a condominium entrance. See photos of marble tiles that the cleaned and sealed. I highly recommend them.
